Descent Readouts

Postby Peedy » Mon Dec 13, 2004 10:03 pm

Hi Folks, The sound wavs for 400, 300, 200, etc on approach work on some add ons and not on others. I have found the wavs in the main FS9 sound file but cannot fathom out how they are triggered by some and not others. I would like all planes to give these. How do I do it? Hope you can help

Peedy,

A specific gauge must be listed in the panel.cfg file.  The one I have is called "fpda_boeing_callout".  I've read somewhere  that there's also one for Airbus.

You must already have the gauge in your Gauges folder, so it's just a matter of adding it to your panel.cfg file.

Good luck.  Let us know if you get it to work.

Regards,
JerryH

Jerry H, Thank you. Found the guage in the 727, Copy and paste to the default 737 and it works. Thanks for your prompt reply.

King Regards
