Shimmering, any tips

Hi, Anyone have any tips on how to get rid of shimmering? It is not extremely bad but just thougt I would post to see what you gentlemen do. I have Nvidea FX 256mb 5500 graphics card using Fs09. Thanks

When was the last time you update the driver for your card. Nvida just relased a new driver for the fx series card I just installed it yesterday. I recomend you try this first if no luck check to see if it is happening every where you go or just one place. 8)

Turn your mip mapping down to 4 in the "Settings" section.
