Kneeboard Resizing

How do you all think I could resize and reposition the Kneeboard on 2004. I can't seem to find it. Or is it just not something that can't be done? Thanks, Wildie ::)

As far as I know it can't be done. ::)

You can re-position it by clicking and dragging on the area that says "electronic kneeboard". As for resizing it, you got me on that one.
