Since you already have FSUIPC it is really quite simple. If you have the Radar gauge from Kirk Olsen's F16 then you registered it too. Same proceedure. If you don't, then here is how you do it.
Start FS9, fly the acft. (Any will do really) Now you need to be in Windows View and look at the top. You will see "Modules" listed. Click on that and then FSUIPC. Then look down toward the lower right I believe and you should see a tab "Register Application" or something like that. In the first box you would type in A320.gau and in the "Key" section, enter the key that is in the "Readme" text. Hit ok once or twice and there you go.
