cant print!

I am unable to print my nav log. when I click print, absolutely nothing happens. I can print maps though. does anyone know what the deal is with that?

If you mean your kneeboard flight plan, I don't know that you can print that...

I believe he's talking about printing in the flight planner, which is different than the knee-board and you are able to print from there.

First question, do you have the latest drivers installed for the printer?  Can you print from other programs?

Next question: After you click print in FS does it come up and give you a print properties dialog box?

Usually after you click print it will come up and ask how many pages, etc before it will print.  perhaps it tries to pop up in the background? try running FS in a window if we are in full-screen now and see if you get a print dialog box.

I don't know what to tell you yet...

Are you using FSAutostart or another program like it ?

If so you may have stopped the print service.

I can print from other programs, I can print other things in FS also.

It was windowed at the time, got nothing. there wasnt any hard drive activity or anything when I clicked print.

No, I dont have FSautostart.

BTW, I Just tryed it again for the fun of it, got the same thing.

quite a long shot, but is the printer you want set up as the default printer?

Other than that I'm not quite sure....

yes, it is default... this is wierd. I might try re-installing FS, you never know that might help.
