ok i agree with you people. now anyone gives me the name of that VA that give us promotion like in real world.that after a certain experince we can go for big jets and work for big jobs..........

Just search them out and see what they have to offer. Someone posted a link in an earlier post to one that's looking for pilots and a search will reveal just scads and scads of VAs.
Some have strict rules like you have to pass the MSFS checks and earn ratings based on that while others accept anyone who wants to fly. If you can't find anything that you like then you are welcome to start your own. That's why there's so many of them.
My own favorite:
http://bfu.avsim.net/ Not for the faint of heart. You'll find yourself flying rattling old vintage stuff in and out of the smallest and most primitive fields that can possibly catch an airplane (not sure about some of them myself). Runways are a luxury and paved ones... Well haven't seen one of those in a while. Little in the way of navaids and often poking around in clouds with rocks hidden inside them. In other words loads of fun. 8)
