Go to the ARNZ website and get the BAe 146-200 in all its various permutations by Jon Murchison....... absoulutely awesome plane and the second (complex) panel option for it is WONDERFUL. Should all be payware.  

And also download the AIS-AI packages... they add pushback tugs and ground support vehicles TO YOUR AI TRAFFIC!

The Socata Trinidad from avsim is one of my favorites! Also the dassault mirage III is my favorite military plane. Not sure where I got it though. But yeah, there are so many great planes out there, I guess it depends what you like! All mentioned above are great planes too! Have fun with FS9.
