FS splash file name.

Does anyone know the file name of the splash at the s/u of FS. I changed the photo and not sure if the file name is right. All I get at s/u is a blank screen.

Are you talking about the splash screen?  You need the splash screen changer to do that...

Not to be too picky, however, you don't absolutely have to download a splashscreen program to change the file.  All that you have to do is to go into your C:\Program Files\Flight Simulator 2004\Uires folder.  Locate a file called dlgsplash.bmp (this is the file that Galactic Eyes wasn't remembering in their first post). Change the extension to something like dlgsplash.bak.

Next take the *.bmp file that you want to make into a splashscreen and rename it dlgsplash.bmp then Copy/Paste it into the Uires folder.

Startup FS 2004 as normal and enjoy your new splashscreen!
