Keep your offset angle until touch down. When you touch down, your momentum and direction of travel will straighten you out.
To understand better which direction your craft is moving, don't look too far ahead. I watch the ground under me. If the ground is moving in the direction toward the runway, your fine.
A good way to practice this is to kick up some wind, I use about 50kts. Then try to fly between the buildings of a big city. This helps you to focus on the direction of travel, not the direction of the aircraft.
