Where does it go.......

Postby Andres89 » Wed Aug 25, 2004 10:50 am

I was wondering what possibilities come with default FS9 scenery and airports for open hangars to store my plane in for whenever I land the plane and I want to park it for my next flight. Are there any spots like this in the game and where ??? Do I have to download them??? and are they freeware. Thanks

Well I was looking for something like that hangar but which I can place in other airports. I did some reading and I downloaded Afcad2, now I 'm looking for an add-on for the AFCAD which let's you place hangars in selected airports. Does anyone know where to find this ??? Thanks.

Look up Eaglesoft.  They have a free download that will allow you to place a hangar at any airport you wish.  It is a pretty handy tool.  Read the instructions and start placing your hangars. ;D

Hey Andres89, I found it. A little persistence does payoff.

Scroll down to the bottom. It also will be a good idea to print out the instructions in the PDF file.

I also hope you have better luck installing a hanger than I'm having. I've four times doing exactly as the instruction say. Still no hanger.

Does anyone have this program downloaded? Did you have any problems? I simply can not get this program to work.

Sorry for giving the suggestion with no leads.  Here is the website: ;D

http://www.eaglesoftdg.com/downloads.htm

Go down to the bottom and download this file:
Eaglesoft Hanger Scenery by Bill Leaming
There is even this one that you can use:
Eaglesoft FBO Scenery by Micheal Carr

Then follow the instructions provided, you can't go wrong. ;D

Galactic_eyes:   I d/l this program and followed the instructions, however there is one step left out.

After doing every thing and you start FS9, go to settings, sceenery, add area, select eagalsoft, then exit and restart FS9 again. You will now see the hanger.

Hope this helps.

All of them do unfortunately. I have a cabin I made with Easy Object Designer with a detailed interior and it leaks like a sieve.  ;D Just have to put buckets down all over the place. Seriously MSFS only simulates rain stopping on the airplane. Anything else it just goes right through.
