Wave action on shorelines

Hi, How do you get waves in fs09 like in fs2002? I saw in another forum same question asked but they say to set Autogen to highest. I did but does not help? Thank you much, jakob :-/

Also turn the Effects at the top of your display setting to max as well as high water settings.
