B 757 Panel

Postby Pen-15 » Fri Aug 13, 2004 3:25 pm

I have Ken Mitchell's panel for Boeing 757. I think it may be the best freeware custom panel i ever saw, but i have one problem with it...can't tune radios. I can tune transponder and ADF freqs with my mouse scroll but radios won't change frequency. Is this how it supposed to be, or am i just suffering from a lack of intelligence?

:)

No, it's because the radios in the panel and the setting in your aircraft.cfg file conflict.

Open up yr cfg file with Wordpad or Notepad and look for this section

[Radios]
// Radio Type = available, standby frequency, has glide slope
Audio.1

It was exactly like you said. Now i've changed the radio settings in aircraft cfg. file like you said, but still can't tune NAV radios, alltough COMM radios work well now.

If the problem is the same which I guess it is as the avionics in the stack will match, change the second 1s for Nav1 and Nav2 to 0s (the 1s that are now in green (bit feint though)
