Mooney Bravo ~ fairly fast, easy to fly, has good range (1,050 nm US or 1,945 km METRIC), engine sounds cool, retractable landing gear, fuel flow switch and speed brakes to play with!  Plus it is very maneuverable and a decent little acrobat.  Home page is http://www.mooney.com  8)

Shadowe ~ Funny you should ask.....but that's exactly what I am doing in the Mooney....flying around the world.  It has been able to accomplish everything that I have attempted so far.  I started off in Calgary, Canada did the hop from Newfoundland to Greenland, Greenland to Iceland, Iceland to Faero Island.....a small island between Iceland and Norway.  Now I'm in Berlin, Germany.....the only things I'm not sure of is flying in Russian airspace.  ???  The distance from Russia to Alaska won't be a problem for the Mooney....but I'm not sure of the distance from the edge of China or Japan to the Aleutian Islands and if there are any landing strips there...perhaps someone else in the forum will know....hope this helps.   8)
