Start a flight -- the default one will do. Hit Alt then select Options, then LogBook. Your totals will be on the screen and you can browse through the log book and edit it if needed.
Actually there is a lot to be said for keeping your own log. I let FS9 keep its log but I also keep others from time to time. On some trips I want to keep track of total distance over several flights or maybe fuel usage.
You can also go to "Documents and settings, application data,microsoft, FS9, aircraft There are all your aircraft in the folder and shows how much time was accumalated on each one, much like a Hobbs meter. (if that is what your looking for )
