Well actually Dazraz I personally believe Microsoft has a bug in the game. The certificate is supposed to be given out after the checkride. I did the solo got the certificate, then did the checkride and that had the same one! You are given the option to print it out once you have completed it, (the solo).  Don't you have a printer?
If u really want to, I'll post you mine and you can doctor it and put yr own name on. The checkride is really hard to pass and requires ten times more skill than the solo though which is really what the certificate is for.

Actually if you really want to "cheat" and I know no-one here does that ;) ;D
Go to the FS9 folder in your program files and open the "Uires" folder inside you'll find all certificates, that you can then print or "doctor"  ;)

p.s. don't tell anyone that I told you  ;D

As far as I'm concerened tha answer is no. The certificate is exactly the same for the checkride which is much harder to pass. Judge for yourself which it should be for, the solo or as a Private Pilots License.

Well, it doesn't really matter where you got it, it just matters if you know what to do and know what Rod has taught you.
