Hooraayyyyy!!!!!!

Postby Saitek » Fri Jul 02, 2004 7:10 am

I did it at last! Got my PPL!!! It was REALLY hard. Thanks everyone who helped me in my thread Private Checkide. It can be done. You just have to be good. I'd say those that can't is because they need to fine tune their skills. Image

But for some reason I also got this for doing the solo flight as well, so I don't know why that is. Anyway I've two now! Sorry for being so pompous, but I'm overjoyed!!!!!!! :)

P.S Perhaps I need to change my avatar now!! ;) ;D

Well done Ben. I know this means a lot to you. ;D

Remember what I told you. Never be afraid to ask for advice, even if you think it's a stupid question. ;)

Congrats!  You are now one of the proud and few! ;D

I have my real pilots license and so I don't feel the need to fly the sim version of a check ride.  I was nervous enough during my real one. ;D

Just wondering how close a real pilot check ride is compared to the sim check ride ???
