Out of control Surf!

I am using lemoncat's water textures and I have recently noticed that my surf waves on the shoreline look really bad.  They appear as boxes and go very very fast. highly unrealisitc.  

Anyone know what is going oon and how to fix it?

I have never had any luck whatsoever at installing water textures. I have tried everything that everyone has suggested and it is usually worse than the default  :o

Jaffa I've got it the other way around (not using Lemoncats textures though), best thing to do would be to reinstall the default surf textures and leave the rest as is methinks.
