dissappearing AI

Why does other traffic not show up in replays.
i mean, many a time something funny has happened and ive missed it but i never see it again in the replay if it involves other planes

why?

AI planes don't appear in replays because it would take up too much disk space.  Imagine that in a replay it has to remember your flight plan and also the AI's.  I hardly ever use replay anyone so it doesn't mattter to me.
