Hi all,fs9 has developed the most annoying problem,right after i click FLY  and im in the simulation at any time it minimizes its self and its been doing it a lot lately.thanks for any help.P.S. i only have my firewall running when i start the sim.

Budboy what are your system specs and which version of Windows are you running?

doesn't really sound like there's a problem with your rig...
as long as your still able to maximize and go back to fly it seems like a minor glitch ::)
it could be you firewall that causes this, or maybe some module you got installed in FS?

if it gets too annoying, try reinstalling the sim

It souns to me like you have something running in the background. Maybe a firewall or some other program.
If you look in the lower right hand corner you should see several icons there. This area is called the systems task bar any icons you see there are programs that are running at all times. Make sure there is nothing that you do not need runing. do not mess with the speaker or monitor icon as your system needs these. But it does not need a antivirus program or firewall running.
If you use your moden to log on to another computer this program usually stays active. Or if you have incoming faxes this also does not need to be on.

This happens to me too sometimes but it happens because a popup ad comes up on computer maybe this is your problem. a good popup blocker stops this
