Printing the Commercial License

Postby romeosierramike » Tue May 18, 2004 7:06 am

Does anyone know of a way to print the commercial
license, without having to retake the test.
(my grand baby used it to color on) :(  RSM

The only way I know of is if you saved the file otherwise
you will more than likely have to retake the test :(

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Uires

Then look for the certificate you want.  Throw it in your image program (PSP, Photoshop, MS Paint etc...) and put your name on it.

Then print from there. ;)
Great edit, Bob.

lol not really...if he already passed it, which he said he did, then I don't care.  I agree though that if someone wanted to use it as a shortcut, that would be bad.  In fact, I actually thought about PMing him the info so no one else would pick up on it.  lol

It is really simple. all you have to do is go to your main FS9 folder and go to your uires folder. then scroll down and find the licenses {all of them are in that folder} then right click on the license that you want to print then left click on print.

I was very surprised when I first found this out, I thought MS would try a bit harder to stop people cheating.
Then again it doesn't really matter.

If someone wants to cheat by printing out the certificates, then I say let them do it.
They are only cheating themselves and once they go online and show they can't fly we all get a good laugh!

Agreed, but I don't think that's the case in this instance.
