The scenery is way better than it used to be in FS2k2, especially from high in the air.  The graphics... If you have a good machine, they're pretty good.  I have a fairly good situation, and then you look and Fly2e and you see that great graphics are possible.  

M$ could stand to put a LOT more effort into the default aircraft, particularly the boeings.  The bell hilo is ok and all the cessnas are fine.  But I think that the default 737,777,747 are all rather dismal in model and texture, compared to some of the mid-boggling and amzing work I enjoy from POSKY, Meljet, iFDG, SGA, etc.  

ATC could use some work too.  And for the small amount I've actually used it,m the learning center in ACOF is better than that of fs2002.
