Hello! Just curious - anyone else just a bit peeved that you can't use 121.5? You can tune to it; but can't do anything with it.
Just for myself; I think M$ missed with that one; even a virtual pilot should be able to call for help. :)

If you put in the Comm failre sqwark, what would be the point?  They cant ask you whats wrong can they ;)

Flight Unlimited had an option where if you dialed 121.5; you got a transmission option that indicated distress. I'd imagine something similar for FS2004; which would clear the airwaves and give you #1 to land at the nearest airport. Not much; but enough to give an impression of ground assistance. :)

Yeah but atleast they know that there is no point trying to get through and can deal accordingly.
