Help! Unable to hear any sound from Hughes 500d.

I downloaded the file h500d_2sheriff.zip from the fs9 helecopter download page here at simviation, but I cannot hear the sound when I start the game. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried looking for other sound packs but nothing seems to work, help!

Sorry I forgot to say using the sound that it came with it sounds like a jet, so i tried downloading a sound package, file fs2002hughes500dwav.zip

and i get no sound at all when i load up the helecopter now after using the add-on. So neither sound works right. can anybody help!

computer is a p4
windows xp
fx5950 ultra
sb audigy 2 platinum ex
latest drivers for everything.

I had the same problem. Neither file seems to work. Don't think there's a fix unless someone remakes the sound .cfg file. It's a shame because it's a really nice model and flies great too.

so then we're just stuck using the alias of the default bell sounds? any other sounds out there that I could use that would be better? thanks
