Harrier problem

Postby Frustrateduser123 » Tue Mar 16, 2004 8:08 pm

OK this is my first post here just to let you know----------

I downloaded the harrier totally adicted to what was said in the message below it. But I didn't read the readme and when it's prompt poped up I said yes and later checked the readme and found out that if I checked yes the plane wouldn't hover. So i uninstalled the game but i can't get the prompt to pop up again. If you have had this problem or think you know the solution, please, please, post the fix or suggestions
or else i'll still be: :'(

Easy fix my friend. Just go to your FS9.cfg file and fix it.

Oh, wait, I bet you want to know what to do? ;D
just got to
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9
Owner being you, and this is for winXP. Please check the top sticky topic in this forum called "FS9.CFG" for further help.
Next you want to open the FS9.cfg file and look for "[FrameCallNoWarn]"
find your harrier and change the 0 (zero) to a 1 (one). Save the changes and go flying

Make sure you are looking at the file called FS9.cfg
If needed use your computer's search mode to find it. Just type in fs9.cfg in the keyword search box. You will come up with a few matches. The one you want is the one that says "CFG file"
If you still can not find it please look at the topic at the top of the FS2004 forum labled "FS9.CFG"
