Use Auckland International which is NZAA. It usually defaults to runway 5R.  Take off and as soon as you get your climb and trim all set make an 80-90 degree turn to 320-330 degrees.  If you have a GPS up set to below 35 range you will see an ILS feather out in the water. Guess what that is?   ;)

I use that newer F-14 with Tom McKee's great carrier ops panel!  Works great!

Have fun.

Almost forgot....you can add the Waikato to the Addon Scenery library.  That way you start out on the hanger deck.  You hit Y for Slew mode.....slew out onto the aircraft hanger and bingo you are taken up to the flight deck.  I slew up to the catapult...turn off Slew mode...set the wing to full forward....arm the Cat....full throttle and ZOOM you're off. :D
