ATC in Multiplayer?

I really enjoy flying in single player mode with ATC, but I also play in LAN sessions with a few people.  Is there anyway to still have automated ATC in the multiplayer session?  Is there some sort of add-on for this?

There is no default ATC in multiplayer. You could however fly on a server like Vatsim with ATC

Yes, I know there's no ATC in multiplayer.  What I was asking is if there was a way to add this on?  Is there any software that provides this automated functionality?

I seen a download not long after fs2k2 came out that let ATC and the AI aircraft get seen and heard in multiplayer.maybe we will see it for fs9 as well.
