help me i have just downloaded a file where you get a close up of the wings how do i use this in flight simulator 2004 please

There are many such add-ons available to simmers. Most such add-ons come supplied with documents explaining installation and use.....maybe re-reading those will answere your question..

If not, giving the name of the downloaded file/addon will make it much easier for someone here to provide an accurate answere for you.
