What you have there is the lines from the 'airports*.txt'. One of the 3 source files used to compile a 'traffic".bgl file, it identifies the airports used in the compilation. Those lines=,Latitude,Longitude,Elevation.
The other 2 source files are the aircraft*.txt file and the flightplans*.txt file.
Another nice tool is the FS2004 Traffic Toolbox SDK-http://scenery.org/tutorials_fs2k4_SDK.htm-once installed you will have a new 'Tools' menu in FS. Using the 'Explorer' from that menu, you can see the ai activity/status in the active ai area around your aircraft.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
