You will need to use TTOOLS that came with the PAI installer.
Just read the readme file and you can edit all of you AI flight plans .

To create your own flight plans use TrafficTools by Lee Swordy; http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities1.htm

Read the help file included, 'readme.htm' to get a handle on creating ai traffic.

If you find you need to enhance the airport (more parking) to handle the traffic, you can do that with Afcad also by Lee Swordy. Download the version appropriate to you FS ver. from the 'Utilities' download sections;
Above link for FS2004.
Here for fs2002http://www.simviation.com/fs2002utilities_ess1.htm

Sonic you can start with TTools and websites like projectai.com and ai-aardvark.com.

A problem you're going to have to deal with is the following:

I still think the JPEG I posted here a year ago shows best what the three (3) obligatory *.TXT files for Compiling in TTools v.202 should look like:

Image

Remember
1.) Read Lee's TTools manual
2.) Create new traffic_new.bgl files for your tests (one can have as many *.BGL files in FS9 as they have room for)
3.) D/L and install MS's FREETraffic Toolbox SDK to easily run your tests.

Good Luck and have fun . . . I am.

Ok I am going to start :o :o 2questions

2 Stupid ;D can start a new line in the flightplan.txt or do I have to go from one to the other seems like it would get confusing.

1> If you remove the airport I'm sure you'll get a compile error as there will be flight plans using a non existant airport. Use Notepads Edit>Find function to find the flightplans.txt lines that use your airport. You can then remove or modify the lines to your liking.

2>Depends on your FS ver. 2002 only allows 1 traffic.bgl file so you have to edit or add to that. FS2004 allows multiple traffic*.bgl's. You may want to create a new one, like 'traffic_kavl.bgl'. This would be easier to edit as your local schedules change. (Using 1>

Thanks, Sonic, for reminding me why I spent $29 bucks for F1's Ultimate Traffic (UT), thus gaining complete control over all my FS9, AI traffic (also comes with about a thousand new AF2 files and PalmSpotter)

P.S. Did you try using Mark Buskey's Asheville Regl. (North Carolina),

Wow you can do all that with UT, I guess I always thought it was just AI like Pai. So you can add flight plans with it for example the flight from asheville to orlando they added recently I can add that easily.
Thanks, Sonic, for reminding

Your welcome lol You all almost have me convinced to buy UT. ;D
