So there is a new "aircraft" download in the libraries here..... that let you "fly" a tornado or waterspout around.

If you can fly it you can make it AI ;D
That would be sorta neat to see. Have it criss cross all over the place (add legs to the flight ;) )

Well, I tried it and did not have any success. It will not show up as a AI for me no matter what I tried. I think it may share the AI bug that helos do.
Another thing to remember is it only looks realistic in stormy weather and unless you set it to storm all the time everywhere your going to end up seeing a tornado on a sunny cloudless day :)

So, exactly where is the tornado/waterspout download? Which section?
