how to alter stock airport

I have been trying to change VTOV to move the VOR off the runway And so far my efforts have been in vain I do not have any problem moving it with afcad I save the file using the origanal files name{I moved the origanl bgl file to a dummy folder} start FS and the vor is still right where it was to start with.
Should I use FSSC to do this with.
I save this file in the same place it came from[C:\FS2004\Scenery\asia\scenery] The orignal file is in a dummy folder elsewhere not a part of the FS2004 folder.

BTW make sure you put the original asia scenery file back where it came from. You only need to have the new AF2 file that AFCAD creates for you in additon to what's there already.

Well everyone RollerBall has come through again
He has sent me two files that should solve the problem.
AFCAD moves the vor but the visual model still remains.
I plan on installing these tonight. Will let you know how it turns out.

Good news the VOR is no longer in the middle of the runway. RollerBall came through. If anyone else wants to remove the VOR from VOTV send me a pm and I will send the files that rollerball gave me.
