I created this utility for some of the newcomers to TTools and even for the seasoned pro's. If you add AI traffic manually, getting the correct departure time can sometimes be quite trying... especially when Daylight Savings Time is involved.  I have uploaded the new version to SimV, Avsim, and Flightsim.  However, make sure if you do download it... that you get the one with the title L2Uv2_fix.

Thanks, it is kinda of lame... But, I figured it could be helpful.  But then again, it is my first program I have ever written... start with the simple stuff.
