Adding Aircraft Traffic, airport gates, etc, to your Sim - AFCAD, TTools, Project AI, AI Aircraft, etc

I downloaded for the first time PAI files. I can't get to install them. What is the "installer". the .PAI files are no-program. Can some1 give me a tutorial? It would help me alot. I have over 20 airlines I want to download so, I really need the help.

The installer is on there site, in the official files section.
