Do you mean a sound effect of the trim changes that occur??

There is a sonic boom effect in the FS2004 misc section. It comes with 4 or 5 different effects also. It works in FSX, I tried it. The ONLY problem with it is you have to hit the "I" key twice to make it work. >:(
