There is an updated aiprport bgl for KDOV from Jim Cook. It was at avsim, but it is one of the files that were corrupted.
Look at the other sites that are around and maybe Jim uploaded it to one of those.
If you can not find it download one of Jim's other airports and get his email address out of the readme file, send him an email and ask him to email you the zip file.
