Panels ?

Hiya  Does anyone know of a free to download working panels program for FSX. I have a few aircraft in my hanger that I am afraid some of the panels are (how would I say this?) CRAP. And therefore I would like to change and alter them for the better. Yes I am aware of FSPanelStudio, but that is a payware one.
