If you're looking for packages that cover large areas, including meshes and the likes then this wont be much good to you. But if you're looking also for some good airport in the northeast of the us then have a ganders at the simflyers page (paywares) but really really good ones. KJFK and KIAD are a couple done by them.
Also if you want one that covers a small-ish area in high detail then the (payware) flight zone 02 portland is exceptional. 3 airports done in detail, Portland intl, pearson field and portland hillsboro. with Portland Troutdale having had a little work too. Theres some great VFR scenery around the portland area with that add-on.
Im not sure where they are located but theres the misty fjords and tongass fjords ive heard are good add-ons. Both by FSAddon.
OOH there are some alaska ones around too, im looking on simmarket here...
