A question about an addon

I was watching a Promo video about the PMDG 747 on youtube. The jet was landing at an airport and I noticed some moving vehicle traffic on the highways. See link:

As far ai I know that haven't made one for FSX yet, but you could be right. Eh oh well. Maybe in about 2 yrs I'll upgrade or get a new computer so I can play FSX.
