Region specific ATC voices for FS9- FREEWARE

I'm not getting my hopes up, but is there a good freeware program that adds region specific voices to the ATC? I'm not asking for much, maby just British voices for European airports or something...

Nope, but EditVoicePack does make ATC talk like the ICAO and FAA standards...It's impossible to add new voices for ATC
