It would be cool if there was an effect where if you opened the door on a medium-large sized prop or jet at altitude, the door would fly off at high speed and you would see air coming out, along with jackets, luggage, some seats, and maybe a food cart.
At low altitude, the door would just fly off, stuff would start flying out at 10,000 ft and above
it really wouldn't work on small planes, as there isn't much pressurized air to begin with
