Well, if you are aiming for payware, then I would suggest Roads and Rivers of Europe...by JustFlight...I am really wanting to get it, but I keep hesitating...and for freeware, I am not quite sure what you mean...can I ask you to elaborate? ;)

usroads.zip or something like that on flight sim won an award too
