Yes there is...it's payware though...Aerosoft's Wonderful Madeira...It's a great scenery and really spices the area around Madeira....
Here's a quick screen from the scenery...it doesn't show much...but those giant windmill thingy's are animated...and the airport is behind the aircraft....:

I was in Funchal earlier this year, and drove underneath the runway! Trouble is that pilots tend not to trust the extension and land halfway-down the runway on the 'old' part that is on dry land!
