Where is it.....? No CD Patch

I have looked everywhere, and must be blind. I had the download on my computer at one time, but had to erase all FS programs. Can anyone tell me where the add on is that makes it that you dont have to have disk 4 in to use FS9.

I believe M$ are having a no-cd patch crackdown at present and so they've been removed from the site.
