There isn't some kind of add-on that make the missiles on Modern jets tracking is there. it's kind of dumb trying to fight in jets shooting unguided rockets at your opponent.

Not in any version of CFS. It's primarily a WWII sim.

You could try timed rockets instead - not what you're after, I know, but great fun when it works! ;-)

As this topic was moved from the CFS1 forum (for some unknown reason) I fortunately know this question is for CFS1.

Anything is possible in this hobby but I've not seen any sort of tracking system for guided missiles since CFS1 was first released in 1998. After 6 years without such a mod being created I very much doubt it will happen now.

Anyone who knows how & is interested enough to do it.

Only so much is possible within the limitations of the CFS program itself. It was never intended for modern jets, let alone guided missiles. I really don't think this one is possible or some talented developer like Bill Potvin would have done it by now.
