ATC Radar Screen V 4.5

Hi guys,
     Could anyone give me a link to a site that has ATC Screen V 4.5? The newest version had me uninstall it and is giving me trouble. Or, if anyone could help with my problem then that would be appreciated too.

    In the readme, it says to create the database files with "Manuels Service Pack 3". I enter the directory where ATC Radar Screen 5.0 is installed and then enter the directory where my FS2002 is installed (it says it supports 2002). While it is creating database files an error pops up saying Manuels Database Creator v 1.0 has encountered a problem and needs to close. I've tried downloading and redownloading both but no luck.
