Go to any major FS website (this one for example) find the 'search' button and type Jetstar FSX. Hundreds of people will make you an aircraft instantly....

But i Have to add Textures Which I can't really do i have tryed every major sites!

Do this:
Go to the A321folder open the aircraft.cfg with notepad.  Get your downloaded texture, and copy the lines that start with fltsim[xxx]. Replace the xxx with the sequence of numbers( if the one in the aircraft was 4 this wouldbe 5) then put the texture.whatever into the a321 folder.  Save the CFG onto your desktop, then drag it into your A321 folder

It is very easy to install textures you just have to know how to use a computer.

Also it is a common courtesy to read what someone says before saying I can't do it.
