If your talking about the default FSX 737, what you are asking people to do is in violation of their agreement with Microsoft.

If you did loose that plane, insert you FSX install disc and do a "repair" and they will be replaced.

It shouldn't delete anything....it will just restore any of the original files that are missing.
Do not uninstall FSX.....just run disc 1 and choose the repair option

Just in case though.....make a back-up of your main FSX folder
