Does anyone make the helicopter that lands on the White House Lawn to take the President to Andrews AFB to fly to wherever?

I have one. It's a Sikorski S61, Marine One. It's a 2k2/2k4 model, but I don't remember where I got it. Am researching it let you know when I find it.

Air Force one is not a helicopter. Marine one is what they refer to as the helicopter.  ;)

It all depends on which branch of the military it is. Although Air Force One and Marine One are the most often used, there was that one time GWB landed on USS Abe Lincoln and the aircraft's callsign was "Navy One".
