TU-154

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

TU-154

Any Tupolev 154s out there? I know there's PT, but I need one for FSX.

Ivan probably knows more about this than I do, since I don't use FSX, but I believe a character named VITAMIN modded PT's to perform at least partially in FSX.
Not sure where to obtain it though, so you'll want to ask him or someone else that knows.

Also, be aware that there is a steep learning curve with the aircraft, so be prepared to study the +200 page manual!  ;)
And I don't know about the FSX mod, but in the case of FS2004, the classic key commands such as those for engine-autostart and such do not work. You will also need to set up your joystick seperately with PT's custom software, which is included with the plane, and is explained in depth in the manual.
And one final thing.....the Project Tupolev Team does not offer official support for their aircraft in FSX. They clearly stated on their forums that the 154 is meant for FS2004 only, and to basically use any hacks/mods for other sims at your own risk.

I found this one : http://www.avsimrus.com/files.phtml?act ... x%20tu-154
I'll see what it's like, but I daresay it won't be as good as PTs.

Looks like one of the off-brand mods...see what I added to my post above about this situation.

Are they planning on bringing one out for FSX in the future?
