Buyer beware. I'd bought the AlphaSim one a while back. Problem was it would shut down the battery on its own minutes into a flight. AlphaSim claimed they were unaware of the glitch, nor when others brought up the same problem, did they have any plans to fix the glitch.

While I don't have the Alphasim one, that sounds like a case of just needing to assign a keystroke to a few generator switches, possibly an alternator too.  ;)

LOL. sorry, way ahead of you on that one. Once I realized what it was doing, I assigned those keys. Don't get me wrong, its a good model and I was impressed (though it won't hover). But I couldn't set the autopilot and walk away if needed. The batt and sometimes the alternator, would shut off automatically, no reason. I'm impressed with AlphaSims models, but any more I'll look for good freeware.

I have. Think its the later one I got from here.... works just fine in FSX. Everything works. Doors open, rotors tilt, sounds good. I like it.
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

...the updated Fed-Ex one or the org. one?
I think I'll give them all a try. Thx for support.
